The Richard C. Failla LGBTQ Commission of the New York Courts in collaboration with The 8th Judicial District Gender Fairness Committee Present: The Second Annual Judge Paul G. Feinman Award Ceremony – Honoring William H. Gardner on the 40th anniversary of his New York Court of Appeals victory in People v. Uplinger, and the 20th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision extending Constitutional protection won in People v. Onofre nationwide in Lawrence v. Texas.
